Wiseman is a ghoul living at the Slog in 2287.

Background

Charismatic yet soft-spoken, Wiseman leads the ghouls that were exiled from Diamond City. Determined to show the world that ghouls are human equals, he founded the Slog as the sole tarberry bog in the Commonwealth and strives to make it the best farm in the region, bar none.
