What's In A Name? is a side quest in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Old World Blues.
Synopsis[]
Dr. 0 (otherwise known as Dr. O) takes issue that none of his colleagues can get his name correct.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Dr. 0 about the problem with his name.
- With an Intelligence of 9 or the Math Wrath perk, the Courier can suggest a way to differentiate between 0 (zero) and O (oh).

Behind the scenes[]
"What's in a name?" is a reference to William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, during Juliet's titular speech:
"What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet."
In more modern usage, the phrase has since become an common turn of phrase to assert that a person's name does not define them as a person.
