West Roxbury station is a location in the Commonwealth.
Background[]
Like the Fallon's Department Store nearby, this metro station has been taken over by super mutants.
Layout[]
Directly across from Fallon's Department Store, the stations terminal has a few counters that used to be for purchasing tickets as well as a small cafe in the corner. On the east wall is the door that leads to the actual metro station.
The entrance platform has some bathrooms to the east, and a hallway west leading to another room of kiosks and partitions before descending down to the main subway platform. The platform has several buttons that control the progress of the subway cars, allowing access to the rest of the platform. On the eastern platform is an Advanced-locked maintenance room containing an armor workbench and a terminal.
To complete the dungeon, you need to move from the eastern platform south, through the southernmost passage (pulling the car into position using the button), then summon the other car using the button on the middle platform, and finally jump out the other side, hug the wall, and advance to a hidden passage in the southwest corner. The passage leads south to a locker room; the adjacent stairways lead up a diner area, with a weapons workbench and steamer chest. The chained door leads back out to the entrance platform.
Notable loot[]
- An issue of Tumblers Today is on the shelf of a locker in the northeastern room of the main platform.
- A Nuka Cherry is in the Nuka-Cola machine on the east platform.
Notes[]
- There are the remains of a daytripper chem deal on the eastern platform, across from the remains of a beggar.
Appearances[]
West Roxbury station appears only in Fallout 4.
