Tinker Tom believes that the Institute is terraforming the wasteland to further its evil schemes. Desdemona remains unconvinced, but allows Tom to follow through with his scheme of deploying atmospheric sensors to detect this terraforming - as long as the sensors double as surveillance devices. It's down to the Sole Survivor to place the devices in the field.

Acquire MILA from Tinker Tom and travel to the designated location to install it.
Although the number of locations is fixed, but the order in which they are given is random.
These quests are only available if the Institute is still active.
At the end of the car still suspended from the track. To reach it, enter Haymarket Hall, get to the garden terrace, then use the scaffolding on the northern face of the building to enter the car.
