Weather change shell - radstorm is a miscellaneous item in the Fallout 4 add-on Contraptions Workshop.

Characteristics

This small metallic shell has three flashing yellow bands and can be fired out of a firework launcher once it is powered on. After it reaches the peak of its trajectory, the shell explodes, sending nuclear material into the air and creating a radstorm instantly.
