The Waypoint Echo is a location in Fallout 4.

Background

A staging area set up by Scribe Haylen for infiltrating the Glowing Sea in search of nuclear stockpiles that can be used by Liberty Prime.

Layout

This small camp is set on the hill, with a pulser receiver deployed to receive information from recovery teams in the Glowing Sea. It is manned by Scribe Haylen and two Brotherhood soldiers (usually Knight-Sergeants).
