Water Street apartments is the hideout of notorious hitwoman Kendra and a few of her raider cronies.

A short way south of Goodneighbor, Water Street apartments is a standard apartment building. The first floor has a few rooms being used as living quarters, a staircase in the northwest corner, and an elevator on the eastern side that goes up to the third floor, which grant access to the adjacent highway via a destroyed room.
Up the stairs is Kendra's room, which is guarded by a couple of mines and an automated turret. Her room contains a bed and a chemistry station.
Notable loot[]
There is a Nuka-Cola Quantum in the Nuka-Cola machine just left of the enterance.
Four plasma mines are found in the cardboard box beside the chemistry station in Kendra's room.
