I'll mind my business, you mind yours.

"Wastelander" is a general term used for human and ghoul inhabitants of the Wasteland, as opposed to people living in the more civilized post-War settlements.

Background[]

Some will not want to open dialog and tend to be rude, while others are pleasant and friendly towards the Lone Wanderer. They may be found as captives of super mutants or even as escaped slaves. Some can also be outright hostile, either before initiating conversation or immediately after ending conversation. Some of them may also sell you goods and repair items.

Daily schedule[]

All generic wastelanders, and most involved in random encounters, will wander aimlessly in their general area; however, some may disappear after a while.
