It's alive! The Wasteland is reborn!
”The wasteland merchant is a dying man in a random encounter in the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3.
Background[]
The merchant appears high on some sort of drug, and rambles about the wasteland being alive. He dies as the Lone Wanderer tries to make sense out of him.
