The Warwick homestead is a possible settlement built in the Nut Island sewage treatment facility.
Background[]
The fertilizer from this old sewage facility offers great mutfruit and tato growing conditions, if you can get over the stench.[1]
Settlement information[]
The homestead is huge, with a little bit of scrap for steel but none for wood, meaning that supply lines will be necessary to expand. Still, the main facility provides lots of shelter for new settlers. There is also lots of arable land for growing more crops, and establishing water lines. The homestead is in an extremely dangerous part of the Commonwealth, so raids are frequent and defenses are essentially mandatory to maintain the settlement.
Layout[]
This is a simple, defensible area. The arable fields are located to the side of the main sewage treatment facility, with the building itself converted into a very durable habitat. The sewage tank is still full, giving the place its unique, pungent aroma.
