The warehouse is a deserted building in Point Lookout's Pilgrim's Landing.
Layout[]
The warehouse is comprised of one small interior section. The door to the warehouse is hidden in a small lot, to the east of the boardwalk. A semi-truck outside has five live frag mines protecting it.
Inside, the warehouse is chock full of baby carriages, four of which are rigged. This poses a frightening danger in the difficult-to-navigate interior section. There are several shelves lining the walls, with minor loot on each of them.

- One mini nuke.
- 14 missiles on a shelf pressed against the western wall.
- 7 stimpaks in a first aid box on the wall.
