In addition to raising one's maximum number of hit points by 25, this distilled spirit of Russian-imported Surkov increases one's Strength by 1, but decreases one's Intelligence by 1 as well. It also carries a 5% risk of alcohol addiction. Vodka is also used in the creation of radstag stew and Fire Belly.
