“
We are the one and only Junktown gang. We have the run of the streets, and we rule the city at night.
”Vinnie is the leader of the Skulz in Fallout.
Background[]
A young, ruthless leader of Junktown's only gang, Vinnie talks tough and has a fairly mean personality. His bad attitude and tattoo make him a poster boy for all that is wrong with post-nuclear youth. His unofficial deal with Killian Darkwater gives them the run of the streets as long as they don't get too cocky. Of course, Vinnie takes it for carte blanche to do anything he wants, including killing people for Gizmo.
