The Vertibird signal grenade is a unique weapon in Fallout 4.

Characteristics

This unique homing device emits a signal that allows a VB-01 Vertibird transport, due to the Brotherhood's lack of gunships, to home in on the player's position and ferry them across the Commonwealth.

Locations

• Prydwen: No Mercy reward, can be resupplied at Proctor Teagan or Preston Garvey/Tinker Tom once the Prydwen's been destroyed.
