The utility tunnels are a location in Fallout 3. You must go in there to get to the White House. With Broken Steel installed, you can use it to get to the Presidential metro and also to get inside the Capitol Building.

Layout[]

As soon as you go in, there is a room to the right full of loot. Go left, then right to get into the tunnels which lead to the White House.

Notable loot[]

  • "Fort Independence field report #2" mentions "a small weapons cache in the southeast section of the tunnels". In that part of the tunnels, you will find only 6 ammunition boxes, along with two 10mm pistols and two sawed-off shotguns on a metal shelf near the exit door.

Appearances[]

The utility tunnels appear only in Fallout 3.
