Upper deck is the upper district of Rivet City.
Overview[]
The upper deck is where the richest and most affluent citizens of Rivet City live, including two of its council members. The rates are quite high, resulting in a sharp divide between the quality of living on this room and the lower deck. Transit through the deck is available to all, however.
The Rivet City clinic and the Weatherly Hotel are both located here, open for service.
