Untouchable is a perk that can be unlocked by the Sole Survivor in Fallout 4.

By unlocking the Untouchable perk, there is a 1% chance per rank that all damage from a single attack on the Sole Survivor will be negated. With all five ranks, this equates to a 5% chance that all damage will be negated (statistically one attack out of twenty will do no damage).
