Under the Collar is a repeatable quest in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
Synopsis[]
One of the raider underbosses has an assignment for the Sole Survivor: bringing fear to the people of the Commonwealth, one shock collar at a time.
Walkthrough[]
- Talk to one of the Nuka-Town raider bosses to receive the job. Accept the shock collar.
- Travel to the designated location. You can either enter sneak mode and place the collar on the target, or beat them into submission (which usually elicits a hostile response).
- Return to whoever gave out the assignment to collect the reward.
