Uncle Roe's house
Uncle Roe's house seems to be a pre-War fire station. Most of the building is collapsed, including the entire eastern wing and fire engine garages. Only the western half of the top floor remains intact.
In the only larger surviving room is Uncle Roe and Derek Pacion's bedroom which also seems to serve as a storage for the caravan merchants inventory. The room on the left seems to be a domestic storage room.

Uncle Roe's house appears only in Fallout 3.
