The US Army general outfit is an uniform in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Lonesome Road.
Characteristics
Belonging to Martin Retslaf, the general in charge of the Hopeville Missile Base, this uniform consists of an LAS-009 General's overcoat (in olive drab), worn together with a pre-War officer's uniform beneath. Pins identify the wearer as an U.S. officer, with four stars on the shoulders and the collar informing of the specific rank.[1]
