U.S. Paratrooper is an ill-fated soldier of the United States Army appearing early in the Anchorage Reclamation simulation.
Background[]
The use of paratroopers in conventional warfare is a dangerous choice, particularly in the inhospitable terrain of Alaska. This unfortunate fellow has been unlucky enough to crash on a tree over the cave outpost, where he was promptly gunned down by the Chinese troops stationed there, leaving behind the scoped Gauss rifle.
In game terms, the soldier is scripted to die to provide the player with the Gauss rifle.
