Turn Back the Fog is a side quest in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.

Synopsis

Small Bertha wants to find a new home for some of the derelicts in Far Harbor. She needs the survivor to clear out any threats at Echo Lake Lumber Mill.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Bertha once the Rite of Passage is complete.
2. Head to Echo Lake and terminate everything with extreme prejudice. Return to Bertha once you're done.
3. Talk to Captain Avery about the fog condensers.
4. Whatever you say, the Echo Lake Lumber Mill will become a workshop settlement.
