Bugs
PC The Vault 108 location of Tumblers Today is clearly a bug. The only way to access this book is by wedging an explosive under the stepladder to move it. This is an extremely trial-and-error prone process, as the collision box for the stepladder will prevent you from interacting with it in any way, including the 'grab' button, despite being clearly visible and close enough for taking.

Below is a screenshot taken using the console command, with the Tumblers Today circled in red. Note that the Nuka-Cola Quantum would be located on top of the stepladder. Users with HDR turned on should be able to find the stepladder from the bottle's distinctive violet glow.

On the PC version, it is straightforward to gain access to this book by simply deleting the stepladder. This can hardly be said to be a cheat (arguably) since the location of the book is due to a bug. Using the console, enter the following commands:

: prid 1cf25 - target the stepladder

: DeleteReference - delete the stepladder

This will allow the player to get down behind the boxes and retrieve the book. If the player has not collected the Nuka-Cola Quantum on the stepladder, it will remain floating in the air after the ladder has been deleted.
