Damnation, I'm sobering up. I need a drink.

Father Tully is the spiritual leader of New Reno in Fallout 2.

Background[]

Tully is an old man, wearing stained brown robes with dried stains of whiskey on his cheeks. He is a long term alcoholic with a devastated organism who nonetheless managed to somehow obtain priesthood of a vaguely Christian religion. He listens to the confessions of the movers and shakers of New Reno, whenever he isn't passed out in his room after another day's worth of drinking.

All donations to the church in the Commercial Row seem to go towards fueling Tully's habits. Interestingly, despite the generally degenerate nature of the priest, he has a good ear for gossip and rumors, making him into a surprisingly accurate informant, if the right amount of booze is given.
