Trader is a special encounter in Fallout Tactics.
Description[]
You'll find a trader traveling with a guard and two civilians. It is possible to trade equipment and Ring Pulls with him for a number of incredibly rare weapons and ammunition including the flamer pistol, Needler pistol, FN P90c, and 12 gauge EMP shells.
