It consist of four rooms: an office with a dresser, a shelf with burned and ruined books, four chairs, two desks, and a radio tuned to the Enclave Radio, a sitting room with a table, chair and ruined couch, a bathroom with broken fixtures, and a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, table and two dining chairs.
