Tower Tom is a raider boss that can be encountered within the Beantown Brewery, and should he not be dealt with independently, will be encountered during the quest Confidence Man.

Background[]

Tower Tom is the leader of a group of raiders based within the Beantown Brewery, and began making plans to take over the Corvega assembly plant. When food supplies began running low, it was Tower Tom's idea to raid a local Federal reserve held by two raider sisters, which ended up badly for him and his gang, although his crew did manage to capture one of the sisters, Lily, as a hostage.

Lily was then used to convince her sister, Red, to send food to Tom's crew in exchange for keeping her alive. However, Lily eventually managed to get loose, and Tower Tom accidentally killed her when she attacked him. After hiding the sister's body after sending his crew out on a bogus run, he began deceiving Red by forging letters. [1]
