Torque was Bosco's houndmaster, responsible for taming and breeding the rabid mongrels that nearly gave the warlord dominion over Boston's downtown. The plan was simple: Lock up the target stronghold, then let loose the monsters to tear the trapped foes apart. The plan worked almost flawlessly, were it not for a mistake at the last location: Back Street Apparel.[1] One of Torque's mutts attacked Bosco, earning itself a bullet to the brainpan, Torque a place on the torture rack,[2] and Bosco a slow death succumbing to the mutt's illness.[3][4]
