Toccamatta was the high inquisitor and Gammorin's right hand in 2197.
Background[]
Toccamatta is the high inquisitor of Gammorin's Army, as well as Gammorin's second-in-command. He specializes in torture and had a ninety-nine percent success rate at getting prisoners to confess whatever they knew. His squad was the one to capture Simon Barnaky during the battle of St. Louis.[1]
After he took General Barnaky prisoner in St. Louis, his convoy came under attack by the Calculator's forces. Toccamatta survived the ambush, but was badly wounded and by the time a Eastern Brotherhood squad reached Osceolla, he was dying. Delirious, he managed to reveal the fact that Barnaky was taken alive before expiring.

Behind the scenes[]
- This character is likely a reference to the infamous Tomás de Torquemada, who served as the Inquisitor General for the Spanish Inquisition from 1483 until 1498 when he died.
