Tim Shoots was a station manager for the Dunwich borers quarry, just before the Great War. Shoots was in direct cahoots with the Dunwich management and their occult practices, and was personally responsible for luring the other station managers into a trap within the sacrificial chamber near station 4, where the station managers were all turned into feral ghouls, including Shoots himself. By the time that the Sole Survivor discovers Shoots, he will be found as hostile, and will attack on sight.
