Notes[]
Completing this quest moves 1st Recon to Camp Forlorn Hope. This causes Sterling to have no dialogue after becoming stationed at Forlorn Hope, meaning he cannot be talked to for Old School Ghoul, making the quest unable to be completed.
Behind the scenes[]
The title of this quest is a play on the name of the confidence game, Three-card Monte.
Bugs[]
PCXbox 360 After completion, Major Dhatri will no longer speak to you, making it impossible to talk to him about Bitter Springs.
PC After killing Driver Nephi and returning the head to Major Dhatri by choosing the option to reclaim your bounty, Dharti may ask to see the head but nothing happens and the conversation ends. You must keep talking to him until the head is removed from your inventory and your bounty received. This may take several attempts.
Dhatri may say that there are two targets left when there is only one and other slightly bugged phrases, caused by killing a target which you had not told Dhatri you were going to kill yet. This has no effect on gameplay, but can make speech options difficult to navigate.
