Lieutenant Thomas Morgan, Intelligence and Logistics at your service. I point, you shoot.
”— Thomas Morgan, Operation: AnchorageLieutenant Thomas Morgan is an officer of the Intelligence Corps in Operation: Anchorage.
Background[]
Lieutenant Morgan is a young officer of the Intelligence Corps inside the command tent of U.S. Field Headquarters on the outskirts of the main battlefield. He is witty, sometimes needling, but always professional, and he assists soldiers with knowledge on current objectives and obstacles you may encounter. Offering hints at the best types of weaponry and Strike Teams to pick for particular missions, Morgan is a valuable asset and a keen soldier.[1]
Although nominally an officer of the Intelligence Corps, he handles both counter-intelligence and logistics under General Constantine Chase, providing targets and intel to U.S. strike teams sent on the offensive against the Chinese. In the simulation, that means targets like the Chimera depot, mining town, ice camp, and listening post. His only solace in the frozen expanse of Alaska is his sense of humor[2] and dedication to duty, hoping that each target he helps take out brings him one step closer to rotating home.[3] He cheerfully refers to the units sent into the fray as "suicide squads".[4]

Behind the scenes[]
When asked if the T-51b power armor suits are fully functional, Morgan will report that they're at 95% efficiency, noting problems in "adapting them to the cold". This remark is not unlike one used in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, when an officer reports similar problems with their snowspeeders.
