Theo is a recently deceased member of Reilly's Rangers in Fallout 3.

Background

Born in 2255, Theo is a Ranger on a probationary contract with Reilly, assigned the role of Quartermaster. He was hired after Reilly lost two other Rangers, Dallas and Kira. His duties include (or rather, included) organizing and maintaining Ranger equipment and acting as, essentially, a pack mule for the group during excursions into the ruins. His contract was up for review after the deployment to Vernon Square. Theo was killed by a stray frag grenade as the Rangers were making their way to the roof of the hotel. Ironically, he was one who was itchy to go on a real deployment. Reilly feels responsible for Theo's death, having led her men into a corner and her taking shelter in the hospital. Theo earned 35 caps per deployment and earned a single merit by the time of his death in 2277.

Effects of player actions

Theo's corpse can be found in a stairwell in the Statesman Hotel. His ammunition box can be looted (during the quest) if Reilly gives the Lone Wanderer the code (Reilly9090). Inside are 200 5mm rounds, 100 5.56mm rounds, 100 10mm rounds, and 4 frag grenades. If the ammunition is taken from the cache, the Lone Wanderer can either keep it or share it with the other members of Reilly's Rangers on the roof of the Statesman Hotel.
