Them's Good Eatin is a perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Old World Blues.
Effects[]
All living creatures you kill have a 50% chance of having one to three thin red pastes or blood sausages on them. In Casual Mode with this perk, food can be forsaken entirely in favor of this.
With this perk, due to your ability to loot the two new items from corpses, you can also create Thick red paste and Black blood sausage at campfires.
Behind the scenes[]
This perk is a reference to Wasteland, as well as Terry Pratchett's book "Small Gods".
Bugs[]
- If you knockout a companion on Casual mode, they can spawn Blood Sausages and Thin red pastes so you can get an infinite amount of each.
