This once upscale restaurant and theater was the favorite destination of high end visitors to Nuka-World. Now, it is the headquarters of one of the most dangerous gangs in the Nuka-World – the Operators.

The restaurant has an entrance, which connects to the main dining hall with a stage; the Black siblings are usually found here. Connected to the main stage is a sleeping quarters, and the kitchen, which sports a chemistry station and cooking stove. Connected to the kitchen is a workshop where Lizzie Wyath typically lurks; it contains a weapons workbench and an armor workbench.
