The Apocalypse is a quest in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road.
Synopsis[]
Within Ulysses' temple, the Courier has the opportunity to cripple the New California Republic's hold over the Mojave, break the back of Caesar's Legion's war effort against the Republic or both.
Walkthrough[]
- Go to the missile control panel and launch the missiles at the NCR, Legion, or both.
- Leave Ulysses' Temple.
Quest stages[]
Stage | Status | Description |
---|---|---|
10 | Run for the Canyon Wreckage. |
Notes[]
- If you complete the quest before entering The Tops for the first time your reputation will be reset once you have spoken to Vulpes Inculta, meaning you can still secure a positive reputation with the Legion after targeting them. Likewise, if you complete the quest before visiting the Lucky 38 for the first time, after you exit the casino main door, an NCR Trooper will come to notify you that Ambassador Crocker wants to talk to you. After this event, your NCR reputation will be reset, meaning you can still secure a positive reputation with the NCR after targeting them.
- Both The Apocalypse and The End have the same rewards. The only difference in rewards is the addition of the player gaining access to the Long 15 or Dry Wells (or both), and their subsequent loot. Nuking both yields the most (potential) reward.
