Whoa, dude! You don't have to get up all in my face! I'll just make myself scarce.

Ted Strayer is a Rivet City resident in Fallout 3.

Background[]

Ted is a 19-year-old who has spent most of his life wandering the Wasteland. He’s new to Rivet City and is staying in the common room until he figures out where he’s going next. Ted rarely plans beyond the moment. It is easy to pique his interest, but it’s difficult to hold it. His father used to have dealings with someone named Mister Crowley.[1]

Ted Strayer is addicted to chems, slowly consuming the small fortune his father, Jeff Strayer earned while looking for a weapon in Fort Constantine, as part of a deal with Allistair Tenpenny.
