Dunno how to write a wiki article but there's nothing on this map so..
Just to the left of the door there is a shelf with 2 frag grenades, 2 sawed-off shotguns, and 2 10 MM pistols
To get into this map you must fall down a rectangular hole in the Fairfax Ruins, you will be stuck and the only way out is through the utility tunnels
you enter into a single room and can access the rest of the utility tunnels map by opening a hatch in the floor or by using a electrical switch directly across from the entrance
the tunnels are inhabited by raiders
