Stub for Tomas[]
I'm missing some bare information on him. I don't know who his female companion was, as I didn't see the event unfold. It seems to be random, although it took place outside of "Nipton Road Pit Stop". I'm sorry the article is a bit bare, just wanted it out there.

Add a new article and add it to his page that he drops it. Typing it out would also be a pretty good thing to do.

Karma?[]
I don't get a karma loss if I kill him for the necklace. I've picked the option to tell him to hand them over then killed him before he can draw his gun, and I've told him to be careful and killed him when he walked away. I used the console command player.getav karma to verify that my karma is the same before and after. This is on PC, obviously. --Jimnms 20:23, October 25, 2010 (UTC)

if you start at nipton road pit stop and walk to nipton he will be in a gun fight with jacklyn on the left of the road you're on. usually one of them is already dead and usually its jacklyn. the survivor will approach you as you walk to nipton and engage you in a forced conversation. if want to find the body of the other and you missed the fight check places where they could take cover. it is possible they're both dead and can be missed.
