Actually, the dialog I've gotten from Sister in the game suggests that he's one of the paradise falls crew, out looking for A3-21. The tape in his room seems to confirm this, as it sounds like Eulogy discussing the high bounty for this android, etc. I've never come across a tape with a female voice in his room.

Killing Sister[]
If you sneak into Sister's room without being observed and shoot him in the head with a silenced weapon, no one seems the wiser and the guards do not become hostile to you. On the other hand, if you use a weapon that makes a noise, such as a frag mine, the guards may turn on you even if there is no clear clue that you were the one who planted the mine.
Sister's Footlocker[]
I've just lockpicked the footlocker in Sister's hotel room with no loss of karma. Is this normal? I gave Mei 25 caps. Sister was not around, and I'd already picked up the holotape. --Davii 212.139.108.78 04:07, January 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's normal. Stealing from an Evil faction like the Slavers doesn't reduce Karma. Still a crime in the eyes of RC Security, though. Nitty Tok. 04:16, January 4, 2011 (UTC)
