Just saying, since I'm anonymous, and have no idea how to edit a wiki, I'll just say here that I think the base of this headgear is a motorcycle helmet with a visor. It looks like that, with the skull's face being on the visor

Shotgun Shells[]
Does it look to anyone else that the strands of decoration on the back of the helmet are actually shotgun shells? DonaldDarko 18:27, May 23, 2011 (UTC)
You can get two set of Salty's equipment[]
If you killed Salt-upon-wounds and looted his body, you can drop all of his item, then completed the main quest of Honest Hearts. After you take Salty's item in the footlocker,simply go back to where you dropped Salty's item and pick them up. Now you have two set of Salty's equipment. You can do the same thing on Daniel to get two of his shirt. Daniel can be reverse-pocketed when he is sleeping. 218.103.238.105 05:49, June 13, 2011 (UTC)
