Could somebody transcribe what the message reads?

I picked up the signal as I was about to enter the Museum of History for the first time... If I'm not mistaken (I only did the quest once, on my 1st playthrough) that's pretty far away. --Penumbra 07:18, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
- Picked it up in Pennsylvania Ave., but standing at a very specific spot. Moved away and the signal was lost, couldn't pick it up again afterwards. --Penumbra 15:25, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
Someone REALLY needs to transcribe what is said. All I heard was two letters of a sentence then it stopped and said I got the quest, I must have move out of range. I really would like to RP a bit, but stuff like that ruins it :(.
