This is not actually power armor, but rather, it is the game's version of tesla armor. Telsa armor was oringially in the first 2 fallout games and said to be specifically made to absorb and displace energy damage. The reason this armor looks the way it does was to give it a more futuristic look and incorperate the tesla coils. The actual power armor is darker and more simple looking. Spictastic
