I found one of these stuck in a tree labeled as "Spear Projectile", after I picked it up I looked for a throwing spear in my inventory, but I did notice I had a single poisoned throwing spear. I haven't seen any others carried by NPC's or gotten one through poisoning a regular throwing spear. The tree it was stuck in was somewhere around The Aerie (the lower parts, not the top of the plateau)
Non-playable[]
Most likely this and many other "poisoned" items from this DLC are marked as non-playable in the GECK. I can't check because I don't have this or any other FNV DLC. Would another PC player please check the status and get the right information into the article? --Kris
