Why[]

What I don't get is why would he bug a house in megaton when he was going to blow it up? ````

He was in it for the long haul I guess. Waiting for the person with the skill to rig the bomb without making it blow up. He couldn't do that. Also it would arouse less suspicion. People wouldn't question why he was hanging around the town ALL of the time if it looked like he lived there. Just speculating, but it could be right.--A Pickering 22:07, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

For Sale[]

If Burke is killed, why doesn't Simms give the house to someone or put it up for rent or sale? IsaacKronenFaust 13:31, June 1, 2010 (UTC)

Because Bethesda never included the aspect of selling houses or putting them up for rent. No house in the whole game will be put up for rent or sale when the owner dies. Some things just can't be explained "in-game". 188.101.118.217 21:20, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
It was just an oversight. If Moriarty dies, Gob takes over the bar; they could have done something similar with Burke. --Kris mailbox 21:46, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
