Infinite amount[]

I don´t feel like writing this all over again so this is a copy/paste from the Mini nuke talk page:

I think it should be noted that it's possible to obtain an infinite amount by killing the boomer (the one with a Fat Man) waiting a few days till he re-spawn and coming back to kill him again, i have tested this twice on PS3 --MK九千九百九十九 23:47, November 16, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah this works on xbox 360 also, im pretty sure it will work on any version of the game, so the page should probably be edited to not say that only 14 can be obtained in game and mention the fact that the fat man and mini nukes can be found multiple times on a boomer at the campsite.—Preceding comment was unsigned. Is there any way to pickpocket them from the Boomer? I've tried to a number of times while using Ila Fantoma magazine and Stealth Boy (with 100 Sneak) and every time I get caught doing it.—Preceding comment was unsigned. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!
There is no reason to waste those items, as you can kill him in stealth, just use a melee weapon or a silenced gun like abilene kid le bb gun.—Preceding comment was unsigned. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!
Pickpocketing him seems next to impossible. (Patch 1.3.0.452) I have luck 10, sneak 100, used stealth boy and la fantoma on top of that, and have virtually no items in my inventory so weight shouldnt cause noise. Tried it at night while he is alseep too, always get caught.—Preceding comment was unsigned. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Lonesome Road Commissaries[]

I noticed that sometimes, rarely, a mini nuke was available for sale at the commissaries that get unlocked throughout lonesome road. I was at around lv 44 when this happened. --Bigdaddyseany 07:59, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

Cheap too...only 240 caps if I remember right. I was expecting them to be a lot more if ever sold. Skål! 08:01, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

I bought one too. I was only at level 21 if I remember. Gary 42 02:50, October 2, 2011 (UTC)

Low Yield Weight[]

I removed the line about the low yield ammo being lighter in hardcore mode because it's not. All of the mini nukes weight 3 pounds each. Gary 42 01:58, October 2, 2011 (UTC)

Range modifications with the new GRA types[]

Are the exact values of how much the Big Kid and Low Yield mini-nukes from GRA change the range when fired available? As percentages? Distance? After blowing myself up with a Big Kid, I feel it'd be pertinent to have these here. Dr. Lobotomy 22:43, October 7, 2011 (UTC)

Infinite Amount (GRA)???[]

"The GRA mini nukes can only be used with the GRA Fat Man or Esther from the Gun Runners' Arsenal add-on, which also adds an infinite quantity of the new type ammunition."-- (italics mine)

Can somebody confirm this? It sounds very dubious, and doesn't seem to appear on any other related page (Fat Man, Fat Man (GRA), Esther) How do you get this "infinite" source of nukes? does Esther just come with it, or does this just refer to a vendor who gains a replenishing supply with GRA installed?--Mister Twist 04:52, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

The latter, I've went to Gun Runners and seen them on numerous occasions Sir Wikia 00:36, October 24, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for clearing that up. Does anybody else think that sentence should be re-worded? It seems somewhat misleading. --Mister Twist 09:34, November 8, 2011 (UTC)

Ammo Duplication Glitch[]

the glitch the page mentions that you can use to get mini nukes doesn't work when you have either lonesome road or GRA installed, not sure which.
