What's the deal with these Van Buren pics

Henry Blake has nothing to do with Van Buren and while we're on the subject what's with all these van buren characters getting unrelated profile pictures of celebrities.

They were placeholder images used by the Van Buren development team. It isn't uncommon for developers to use celebrities/television characters/etc before concept art or a 3D model is completed.
