Will completing this mission for the Legion affect the final battle at the Hoover Dam? My character is aligned to the NCR, but I want to complete as many missions as possible. GECK shows that the quest object name is "VMS32" and that the result of completing it is legion fame plus setting a variable named VStoryEventLegionHowitzer to 1. However, I can't find any other quests or scripts that check that variable state, so it seems that they didn't hook it up to affect anything else as far as I can tell. --
