Cannibal Perk rumor: There is no separate encounter with the raiders at the Grisly Diner if the Cannibal per has been enabled. The raiders still appear as enemies and will attack on sight. This has been tested.

cannibal?[]

Possible Rest Location[]

I can't remember the name of the topic, but there was a page with possible locations to be the alternatives to the Tenpenny Tower or Megaton homes. I want to point out that this is one of them as there are multiple storage containers and a bunk bed out back.

The page is at Fallout 3 player housing. Ausir 00:56, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

The fate of the nearby settlers[]

I stumbled across a burned out farmstead on the hill southeast of Grisly Diner. Judging by the logs on the terminal in the ruins, there were at least seven settlers living there at some point. The last log in the terminal mentions that they spotted people moving around "out past the valley" and that they'd lay low for a few days hoping to avoid attracting attention. The Grisly Diner's proximity as well as the fact that the remains of only one person can be found at the ruined house strongly implies the raiders murdered the settlers and took most of them back to the diner.

The details in this game are fascinating. --MattyDienhoff «talk» 10:38, January 10, 2011 (UTC)
