Mystery[]
I've been wondering for weeks now what this item is used for. Did anyone find a use for it yet? One thing that comes to my mind is that it might be an alternative to the sexbot routine. But I haven't gotten around to trying it out yet... Anyone? --DanTheHitman 11:13, December 6, 2010 (UTC)
- It's for Return to Sender. That's all I can really tell. Here's the attached script; note that VMSRSGlobalCommBreakdown is Return to Sender.

According to the script and the quest, all it does is satisfy the requirement that the player talk to someone at Ranger Station Delta and disprove the intel report for Return To Sender. BrokenDetonatorCollar 16:44, August 17, 2011 (UTC)
